Entry-level Legal Assistant opportunity - would suit a Law student wanting experience in a law firm environment.

**The Role**
HopgoodGanim Lawyers are looking for a motivated Legal Assistant to join our firm. Supporting our Commercial Property team on a full-time basis, the key to this role is providing exceptional legal secretarial and administration support to both internal and external stakeholders.

This role would suit a Law student seeking exposure to a private practice environment.

This role will give you exposure to a variety of work involving the administrative practises behind leasing of commercial, retail, service station and industrial properties acting for both landlords and tenants.

Key responsibilities include:

- file management - opening/closing files and filing;
- monthly billing;
- dictation;
- preparation of contract and leasing documentation;
- general administrative tasks and secretarial support;
- dictation and amendments; and
- work with other Secretaries in the team to support practitioners.

**About you**
To be successful in this role, you will:

- have the ability to manage the demands of a busy role including high levels of organisation and efficiency, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure;
- possess intermediate-advanced computer skills across the Microsoft Office suite;
- have the capability to consistently meet deadlines with conflicting priorities;
- pride yourself on your high attention to detail, with strong written communication skills; and
- including excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
