**Position Summary**:
We are looking for a new team member who will be working with a multifaceted group of marketers across multiple customer segments You will support the execution of coordinated marketing programs and provide data driven feedback to stakeholders and leadership teams. We are on the hunt for an individual who can prioritise and lead multiple promotional requests, ensuring marketing programs are delivered on time and as optimally as possible

You will measure and report the performance of content and marketing pages, with a focus on improving engagement and conversion. To be successful in this role, you need a growth mindset of continuous improvement along with being an excellent communicator with strong multitasking and organizational abilities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Product and portfolio Support: Ensure marketing product pages are updated and maintained, delivering accuracy and functionality, and driving continuous improvement of customer experience and engagement.
- Lead Generation and Marketing Program Support: Assisting marketing specialists with development and execution of programs and tactics such as development of landing pages and web forms to feed the lead funnel, social media support, Pre and post campaign analysis on key programs.
- Web Merchandising: Collaborate with Marketing Specialists and internal partners to deliver promotional messaging across website and develop marketing and customer journeys to improve digital sales.
- Test & Learn: Drive continuous improvement by focusing on landing and product pages, to delivery simplified customer journeys and increase digital leads and sales performance.
- Brand: Ensure Global Brand guidelines are adhered to across all web and digital material delivery upholding high Thermo Fisher corporate quality standards and requirements.
- Collaborate closely with internal customers to ensure effective management and support of marketing programs.
- General Marketing administration
- Maintain Marketing WIKI and internal marketing processes.
- Monitor and report SEO & social metrics and engagement metrics.

**Digital Platforms and Tools**:

- AEM Classic and Touch UI (Crucial)
- Adobe Target (preferred)
- Adobe Analytics (Crucial)
- SEO - Search Console, SEMrush, Conductor (Useful)
- Oracle Eloqua (Useful)
- SFDC (Useful)

**Minimum Requirements/Qualifications**:

- Tertiary qualifications in marketing or business management
- Highly proficient in running website and digital content.
- Experience with marketing communications and in digital.
- Minimum of three years in a commercial marketing team.
