We are looking for a **Trainer & Assessor** to deliver valuable, job-ready and nationally recognised qualifications and vocational short courses

As a **Trainer and Assessor - Mental Health** you will conduct initial training reviews, assess learner competencies and deliver dynamic and professional training to existing and potential clients

**About You**:
As a **Sessional Trainer**, you will be an exceptional individual with the skills and enthusiasm to provide our clients with an engaging and meaningful learning experience. You will be an excellent communicator, particularly oral and written skills. You will also be meticulously organised, have strong problem-solving ability and capacity to operate autonomously. **Essential Requirements**:

- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or its successor or
- TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment plus the following units:

- TAELL411 (or its successor) or TAELLN401A, and
- TAEASS502 (or its successor) or TAEASS502A or TAEASS502B or
- a diploma or higher-level qualification in adult education
- Industry currency in **Mental Health**

**You will need the following prior commencement**:

- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module or willingness to obtain
- Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
