**Location**: ACT, NSW, QLD, SA, VIC.
- **Contract**: 12-month contract with 1x12 month extension.
- **Eligibility**: Australian citizenship required and ability to obtain a Baseline security clearance.
- Hybrid working arrangements, (WFH 3 days per week)_

**About the opportunity**:
Seeking a Tester for a contract opportunity focused on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Business Verification Testing (BVT) as part of Production releases. System changes will follow a waterfall or agile approach, depending on the nature of the project.
- **Duties**:

- Draft business requirements and future state processes to draft test scripts for changes to the systems.
- Undertake functional testing and Business Verification testing.
- Ensure appropriate test coverage.
- Attend workshops.
- Allocate test scripts, monitor test execution and document results in the test summary report.
- Co-ordinate re-tests of system defects.
- Troubleshoot business issues to identify whether the system is behaving as expected.
- Create test scripts and test scenarios.
- Define test data required and create test data.
- Document test results.
- Capture defects in ALM.
- Produce test summary reports for system releases.

**To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated the following experience**:
1. Ability to quickly understand and identify business requirement and future state processes to draft test scripts for changes to systems.
- 2. Ability to undertake functional testing as part of UAT and BVT testing.
- 3. Ability to liaise with business areas ensure appropriate test coverage based on functional requirements.
- 4. The creation of quality structured test scenarios and test scripts.
- 5. Experience and knowledge of Test Life Cycle Methodology.
- 6. Ability to manage defects through ALM.
- **Desirable**:

- Comfortable with new ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design & development.
- Past experience with SAP.
