Bornhoffen is a PCYC Leadership Development Centre located at Natural Bridge near the Qld-NSW border. We work in partnership with schools and community organisations to deliver leadership development programs using adventure-based and experiential learning to build personal and social capability.

**Your New Role**

Reporting to the **Leadership Development Manager**, the Coordinator has oversite for facility, property and operational expenses and activities of the Venue department. It is the Coordinators role to also coordinate department efforts to align with the ethos and approach of the Leadership Development Centre towards education and retreat outcomes. **About You**
- Minimum 2 years’ coordination experience in cleaning, facility maintenance or in the food service industry
- Current Manual Drivers’ License
- Hold a Working with Children Check/Blue Card
- Hold a current First Aid and CPR certificate
- Backhoe Operator accreditation
- Working at Heights accreditation

Please note: Working With Children Check (Blue Card) No Card, No Start and Restricted Person legislation applies. **It is a mandatory requirement for all PCYC employees to have received the prescribed number of doses of a COVID-19 vaccine. **All PCYC employees are required to complete a National Police Check upon commencement.
