**The Role**
Reporting to the Team Lead, you will work in a small team, for a variety of clients in both the private and public sector in the following locations - Canberra, QLD and Sydney CBD. Involving local travel, this role is a blend of specific one-off assessments such as Vocational Assessments, Labour Market Assessments, Psychological Pre-Employment Assessments, and Case Management Activities.
**What will you do day to day?**
- Rehabilitation Case Management for clients
- Single Service Assessments
- Negotiating positive outcomes for multiple stakeholders
- Assist injured workers in returning to suitable paid employment
- Facilitating independence in workers to return to work
**What Qualifications, Skills, and experience will you have?**
**Please Note - AHPRA Registration is not required however 4th year completion is a must**
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology or Rehab Counselling (Minimum 4 year degree)
- **New Grads are welcome to apply**:
- Valid Australian Driver’s License
- Excellent communication skills - both written & verbal
- Strong aptitude for time management & goal-setting
- Strong report writing abilities
- Ability to work autonomously
- A positive, solution-focused outlook
- 5 + 1 Supervision will be provided.
