**What are we looking for?**

Infinity is seeking a General Foreman in Sydney where you will report to the Senior Site Manager and work collaboratively with the project team and other associated partners.
- Minimum of 8 years of proven track record experience working for a head contractor on projects $50 million+
- Relevant tertiary qualifications preferred.
- Proven track record in structures, finishes and or facade.
- Advanced knowledge of construction management processes and methods
- Ability to work within company policies and procedures, health & safety regulations, legislation.
- Competency in conflict and crisis management.
- Excellent time and project management skills.
- Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with partners and key stakeholders.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, whilst creating strong morale.
- Excellent understanding of industry practices, processes, and standards
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal.
