**Maintenance, Grounds & Houseperson Assistant**

Quest Woolloongabba is a 4.5 star, 132 Apartment property located near the iconic 'Gabba' Stadium and boasts a stunning roof top area with views of the city.

Quest Woolloongabba now has an exciting opportunity available for a Maintenance/House Person to join its team on a part-time basis working 25-30 hours per week. The days of work shall include every Saturday plus 3 other week days.

The Role Involves undertaking preventative maintenance of the apartments & common areas. Maintaining the property grounds, along with some general cleaning duties and assisting to support the housekeeping and maintenance team.

Will demonstrate pride in their work, a high level of attention to detail, excellent time keeping, an approachable, friendly demeanour, flexibility, maturity to work unsupervised, a strong appreciation of workplace safety, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

They will be competent and have experience in conducting basic handy person skills including grounds maintenance. Computer literacy is required along with a willingness to learn new skills and assist in various activities as required/directed.

Self-motivated and a willingness to attended to a range of tasks in any day is required.

Prior experience in a maintenance role shall be highly regarded.

The work schedule is flexible (4 days a week) with a required availability to work Saturday.
