**About the role**

In this role you will be responsible for the preparation and management of the Integrated Project master Schedules (IPMS) as required for assigned projects. You will become the conduit between Maintenance, Production and Business Performance teams; acting as the point of truth in reporting of all contractual Schedules, Milestones and Deliverables.

Currently Babcock’s maritime contracts include the Asset Class Prime Contractor (ACPC) Program consisting of the Landing Helicopter Dock (LHD) project, Light Landing Crafts (LLC) project, Engineering Changes, and Program Management Schedules.

This role will be based at the Garden Island Defence site in Potts Point (with some flexibility to work from home)

**About you**

You will have the confidence to propose methodologies for communicating the project schedule performance, report on project metrics, regularly analyse the schedule and manage any variance, and support any de-confliction of project activities.

**Ideally you will have**:

- Australian Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a current Defence security clearance at an appropriate level
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Primavera P6, and Microsoft Excel
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering or similar
- Extensive knowledge and experience in a similar scheduling role, preferably in the defence or maritime sector
- Proven record of management and compliance within an engineering governance structure (preferred)
