Sounds like something up your alleythen this is the role for you We're on the look out for a Technical Customer Success Manager (CSM) for a comprehensive customer engagement platform

What’s in it for you?

As a Technical CSM, you'll be the primary technical point of contact for our clients with more complex problem, working closely with them to understand their unique needs and goals. You'll use your technical expertise to design and implement solutions to help them achieve success with our platform. You'll also have the opportunity to work with some of the world's leading brands and help them drive real business results with our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned customer accounts
- Understand customer needs and objectives, and work with them to develop and implement solutions that deliver value
- Understand customer technical environment, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide guidance and support to customers
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Solution Architect (developers to ensure customer success
- Use real-time data and analytics capabilities to gain insights around optimizing your campaigns and making data-driven decisions.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role
- Strong understanding of mobile and web technology, and experience with integrating SDKs or APIs
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with marketing technology and customer engagement platforms is a plus
- You are able to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, and collaborative environment
