Bookkeeper/administration

Platinum Racing Products is a high-performance car parts manufacturer based in the NSW. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced bookkeeper to join our team. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from home, although if the need arises, we would like you to be available for onsite work if required, for example during yearly stock take exercises.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and reconcile bank and credit card accounts
- Process payroll and manage employee records
- Manage accounts receivable and payable
- Reconcile inventory and cost of goods sold
- Assist with weekly financial budgeting
- Manage Shopify store and sales records
- Assist with inventory management software integration and purchase orders

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in Shopify and Xero
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
