This commercially minded property giant is seeking a Change Analyst to start asap for a 12-month contract with an option to extend. This position is centrally located in Sydney CBD and is currently offering some flexibility to work remotely once you're settled into the role.

Reporting to the Senior Program Manager but working closely with the Change Manager your stakeholder managemenet skills will be important when liasing with senior stakeholderswithin the business. You will provide support to three integration projects within the business, with a focus on a contract management system implementation. Day to day you will:

- Conducted stakeholder analyses and business impact assessments to determine the scale of change, the business readiness, and the possible change risks.
- Under the Change Manager's guidance, you will execute, participate, and be involved in the development of change management strategies, and tasks to integrate into project plans.
- With guidance from the Change Manager, you will be involved in producing a set of actionable and targeted documents to support the change implementation activities including change management plans, communications plans, training plans, and any other relevant artifacts.
