**The Role**
As a Maternity Leave Store Manager you will lead a dynamic team of individuals. You'll be responsible for driving sales and empowering your team to crush targets and set KPI's. You're an enthusiastic individual who has a passion for customer service and are looking for a company to thrive in. This is a fantastic role for those who have had experience in a senior team leader or Assistant Manager role looking for their next step. This company provides fantastic training and support for all their employees.
**What you'll need to bring to this role**:
- Previous retail experience within a senior sales or management role
- Strong customer service skills with ability to create memorable experiences with customers
- The ability to lead, train and empower a team of sales associates
- Proven ability to hit targets and KPI's
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with a diverse range of people
- Understanding of visual merchandising and stock control
