- We are currently seeking **Expressions of Interest** from highly skilled and safety focused **Superintendents** with strong experience in an outages environment to join our team on a casual basis. This position will work closely with our client, our leadership team and our outage workforce to ensure they are set up to succeed, where schedule is considered, and work is performed in a safe and reliable manner. This position is based on-site in the Ipswich locality.
- To be considered for a role the following skills and experience would be preferred:

- Cert III in Engineering - Mechanical or Fabrication preferred
- Project Management certification preferred but not essential
- Demonstrated experience in a Superintendent role within a shutdown or outage environment
- Experience in critical path, schedules, workforce management & allocation
- Experience in power stations and other heavy industry preferred
- Strong commitment to developing and maintaining a safe working environment
- Ability to prioritise, plan, organise and complete work within established deadlines
- Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with people at all levels in an informative and positive manner
- Strong client focus and a genuine desire to assist team members
