We are seeking a highly responsible, energetic applicants who are interested working with a global brand at one of the world’s biggest sporting events. This opportunity will allow a glimpse ‘behind the curtain’ at what is involved in the planning and execution of a global sporting event.

**Mandatory criteria**:

- Aged 18 years or older
- Must be an Australian citizen with a valid Tax File Number and Australian bank account
- Must have a valid Working With Children Check
- Good at taking direction/instruction and working as part of a team

**Highly desirable criteria**:

- Experience working with kids in a teaching/coaching capacity (eg: sports coach or similar)
- Interest in Football is a plus
- Either completed or currently completing tertiary education in a sport and/or event-related fields

This role is to be part of the extended team linked to the FIFA Youth Program. You will be responsible for managing, overseeing, and ensuring the overall safety and experience of those taking part in the FIFA Women's World Cup Australia & New Zealand 2023 Youth Program. You will be the main point of contact for Youth Program participant/s and their guardians for matches taking place in your city. On the ground, you will also be the primary point of contact for the FIFA Women's World Cup Australia & New Zealand 2023 Youth Program Volunteer Team as well and the FIFA Women's World Cup Australia & New Zealand 2023 Venue Managers. You will and will be taking direction/instruction from these people, as well as providing them with any relevant/necessary updates and information regarding your assigned Youth Program participant/s on match days.

You must be available to attend a Youth Program orientation session ahead of the tournament commencing, during which you will walk through match day proceedings and become familiar with relevant locations, procedures, meetings points and key contacts on match day.
