We have a great opportunity for an experienced **Digital Producer.** Jetstar has a Digital footprint in 15 countries, translated into eight different languages. This includes websites and apps that our customers around the world use every day to book and self-service. The Digital Producer plays an important role in ensuring an exceptional digital customer experience that is reliable and secure.

The Digital Producer owns the Digital BAU Backlog which contains critical operational changes, production defects, security vulnerabilities, compliance and tech debt improvements. As a key contact for stakeholders across the Jetstar business the Digital Producer is responsible for tracking BAU demand and managing stakeholder expectations on delivery dates. The Digital Producer understands and prioritises BAU demand, coordinating delivery by briefing the requirements into the Digital BAU squad or where it makes sense relevant feature squads.

**Reporting to the Digital Delivery Lead, key responsibilities of this role include**:

- Own the Digital BAU backlog, prioritise items based on current business priorities
- Conduct initial analysis of BAU backlog items to understand what is needed and communicate this to teams
- Work closely with the Digital support team to triage, investigate, and prioritise production defects and incidents
- Product Owner of BAU squad (a Scrum Team which includes a Scrum Master, Business Analyst, Developers and Quality Analysts) & manage the squad backlog
- Regularly communicate priorities to the BAU squad and participate in backlog refinement (supported by the squad’s Business Analyst)
- Develop strong relationships and be a key Digital contact for Stakeholders across Jetstar
- Manage stakeholder expectations around delivery dates, including where delivery dates are later than desired by stakeholders
- Influence Digital teams to complete priority BAU backlog items (beyond the BAU squad)

**To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills, qualifications and experience**:

- Experience in project delivery and/or production support
- Experience using Jira to record, track and report on backlog items
- Experience working with diverse teams in different locations (this role will be working with team members in Melbourne, Singapore and Thailand)
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Ability to prioritise competing demands and work across many smaller things at the same time
- Ability to understand technology and summarise important considerations for a range of stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholder and team members
- Ability to present ideas clearly and concisely to a range of stakeholders
- Strong creative problem solving and logical reasoning abilities
