**About the Role**
Join this residential homes builder & developer in their vibrant offices within the Hunter Region.

This business operates at a fast-pace, but still has a real family feel to the wider office environment. You will come in as a reception & admin genie with an amazing attitude who will quickly become the go-to Your day to day role will see you;
- Meet and greet clients
- Management of busy phone system, including taking messages and triaging as appropriate
- General office management / upkeep such as tidying of shared areas, meeting room coordination, stationary supplies
- Provide coffee & catering when needed
- Coordinate package receiving & deliveries
- IT troubleshooting
- Personal Assistance to business leaders such as events assistance, ordering of personal items, liaising with schools / family etc
- General adhoc administration includer broader support to finance and construction admin teams

**About You**
- Experience within a similar role is neccessary
- The ability to multi-task and prioritise a changing workload
- Strong IT skills including MS Office suite and the ability to grasp new systems with ease
- Strong English skills both written & verbal
- A can-do attitude with ability to thrive in an everchanging environment
