**What will you do?**:
We have an exciting role for a Forecast Analyst to join the inventory team. **The primary focus will be to ensure demand forecast integrity and accuracy is maintained, interpreting/translating and validating the outputs of the demand planning team. **Take an independent approach of reviewing the demand forecasts and provide exception-based feedback to merchandise, demand planners and inventory & forecast managers to make sure forecast accuracy targets are met. Proactively review demand forecasts against merchandise forecasts to ensure alignment with agreed business plans through the monthly consensus process. Work collaboratively with the Demand Planning, Merchandise and Inventory teams to support workflow priorities, trading activity and strategic initiatives (i.e. TPR process).

**Analysis & Problem Solving**
- Working closely with the Merchandise Planner to optimise inventory levels and achieve financial KPIs of sales, margin and stockturn.
- Supporting the business through improved forecasts and accurate reporting, presenting insights to key stakeholders both commercial and operational, and influencing decision-making
- Owning the merchandise relationship, driving enhancements in forecast accuracy through root cause analyses and ensuring continuous improvement throughout the planning function.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills and amazing attention to detail
- Drive the inventory analysis and production of weekly reporting for the categories

**What are we looking for?**:
**Experience and Technical Skills required as follows**:

- Strong Excel knowledge & Power BI experience
- Experience within Retail/Wholesale/Manufacturing.
- Ability to collaborate within a team environment
- Effective and concise communication skills Analytical Skills
- Proven ability to execute action plan deliverables in a timely manner
- Experience in dynamic problem solving environments.
- Experience in Project/Business translation
- Business Analysis
- Experience in Allocations, Demand and Fulfillment systems
- Associate Degree
- Bachelor Degree (Undergrad)
