**The Opportunity**
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of TAFE NSW Locksmithing Section located at the Ultimo campus. This is casual opportunity, perfect for professionals looking to jump off the tools and into the classroom.

**About you**
You are passionate about sharing your extensive experience in the Locksmithing and Security Electronics industries and supporting the next generation of student learners. You will have robust communication skills; you are able to work autonomously and collaborate with a team to deliver the best learning experience for your students. You are empathetic, relatable and understand the uniqueness of every student and how to cater to their learning needs.

**To help you be successful in this role, you will have**:

- Certificate III in Locksmithing or Security Equipment or equivalent
- Three (3) years relevant post-qualification industry experience within the last 3-5 years, with at least one (1) years’ experience in an Australian workplace context
- Hold a Certificate IV TAE40116 or equivalent
- To be prepared to continue to develop their Vocational Education and Training (VET) knowledge and skills as well as their industry currency and trainer/assessor competence.

**Desirable**:

- High level experience working within the one or more streams of the Locksmithing or Security Electronics industry
- Ability to work in an office environment
- Working knowledge with Microsoft office
