Come and discover the opportunity to join our Metalcorp business in our **Toowoomba **team as a **Warehouse Supervisor**. Metalcorp is a leading rural Australian steel distributor, supplying brands for the land through our branches and stockists across Australia.

You’ll be required to lead a high performing team, focused on delivering exceptional service, developing collaborative working relationships with all internal/external stakeholders and championing safety culture by leading safety initiatives and improving productivity for the warehouse.

This is a Monday to Friday role working a full time 38-hour week across our operational hours from 7am to 5:30pm.

**What Will You Do?**

This leadership opportunity will see you focusing on delivery key targets as well as being hands on when required. Your activities will see you:

- lead and supervise our warehousing operations including picking and packing as well and loading and unloading
- drive a customer focussed culture underpinned with process accuracy
- support and assist your team with daily operations
- identify opportunities to improve efficiency, performance and mitigate risk - striving for on time delivery for our customers
- ensure safety standards are continuously evolving, championing change when risks and opportunities are identified
- grow and mentor your team for their continued development and success

- experience working within an operations, warehousing or logistics environment
- a current forklift licence or willingness to obtain one
