We're seeking a dedicated and skilled Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Coordinator to join the team in the beautiful Gold Coast region.

**Responsibilities**:

- Developing, implementing, and monitoring HSE policies and procedures in compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
- Conducting regular workplace inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver effective HSE training programs.
- Investigating incidents, accidents, and near misses to determine root causes and recommend preventative measures.
- Maintaining accurate records of HSE incidents, actions, and compliance documentation.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, new regulations, and best practices to continually enhance our HSE program.

**Qualifications**:

- A proven track record as an HSE Coordinator or similar role, preferably in [industry/sector].
- In-depth knowledge of local and national HSE regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
- Strong analytical abilities to identify risks and devise appropriate strategies.
