We are looking for an experienced Bakery Manager, committed to delivering our values and our vision. As leader of our bakery team, you will ensure that our products are available for our customers - on time and meeting our high presentation and quality standards.

You will be a leader who can deliver - with a focus on team support and development, partnering with our artisan and specialist suppliers, meeting food safety compliance, and creating opportunities to enhance our premium purchased and par-baked products.

**You must be able to demonstrate**:

- a passion for and experience in a quality bakery ( _supermarket experience not essential_)
- you are a supportive leader who engages the team to achieve results
- an authentic nature with exceptional customer service skills
- accountability in your decisions towards achieving strategy
- the ability to efficiently and transparently manage multiple tasks within a bustling store
- strong financial and business acumen
- competent with IT systems
- ability to work with a flexible roster to balance operational and employee needs (some weekend work is required).

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Bakery Manager: 1 year (preferred)
