This fabulous OSHC service is a renowned organisation and prides itself on building positive interactions and enriching experiences for children. It is a profit-for-purpose organisation focused on healthy living, social impact, and empowering young people. They operate 24 recreation centres, 53 out-of-school-hours care services, and two camping locations which employ 1,500 staff across NSW.

**Your new role**

Out-of-School-Hours Coordinators are the organisational specialists that make sure OSHC services are safe, effective, and always fun. Acting as both facilitator and role-model to young students from over 60 NSW schools, they design and maintain inclusive, welcoming, and engaging spaces through Before School, After School and Vacation Care services.

As a member of OSHC family, you’ll be responsible for the safety and wellbeing of developing young minds, while drawing on your leadership experience to support and guide a team of OSHC Educators. You’ll also work closely with the children, and their parents and schools, to ensure they’re set up for growth and success.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- A Diploma in Children's Services, or equivalent
- Excellent people manager able to inspire a dedicated team
- Identify and Report Children and Young People at Risk CHCPRT025 OR CHCPRT001 (mandatory)
- Valid NSW Working with Children Check (mandatory)
- HLTAID004 /HLTAID012 - Current First Aid and CPR (mandatory)
- Police Check (paid for by THE COMPANY)
