Supreme Hospitality has been providing outsourced services in Australia to our respected clients and partners over the years with our professionals team. Our clients include some of the most prestigious hotels and accommodation brands.
Supreme Hospitality now has an exciting opportunity available for a Houseman to join its enthusiastic and successful team on a casual basis.
Position Requirements:
- Vacuum floors, hallways, Clean restrooms and all public areas.
- Sweeps, mops, scrubs, waxes. vacuums and polishes floor.
- Collects soiled linen and restocks linen supplies on the floors and strips room if required
- Assists in keeping the lobby area clean, neat and free of debris and
- Removes Rubbish as needed.
- Maintains housekeeping carts, guest amenities and stocks supplies to par levels
- Helps the room attendants with heavy lifting and special cleaning
- Report maintenance requirements
- Reporting any lost property following correct hotel procedures
- Ensuring all equipment is maintained, used and stored correctly
- Using correct chemicals for cleaning purposes using safe work practices
- Ensuring all WH&S policies and procedures are followed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous work experience in a similar position (will be advantageous).
- A strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- The ability to act consistently with clear ethics and values in accordance to confidentiality.
- Superior customer service skills along with the capability of working both autonomously and as part of a team.
- The ability to create a positive first impression with an understanding of the importance of five star grooming standards.
- The flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
- Unrestricted rights to work in Australia
Shifts are 7am to 3pm or 2.30pm to 9.30pm needs to be avaiable both shift times and shifts can vary.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
**Salary**: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour
