**Reporting to the Project Leader and Maintenance Superintendent, you will be responsible for, but not limited to**:

- Managing all site planned and unplanned maintenance
- Maintaining all maintenance parts and service parts stock levels
- Ensuring that planned maintenance is carried out correctly
- Planning maintenance and repairs with Production Superintendent
- Maintaining required maintenance records on site, and to Plant Manager
- Maintaining Action Drill and Blast tooling, including correct usage
- General Supervision and leadership of the maintenance work group
- Ensuring employees are trained and competent to carry out their duties
- Assisting in workforce planning
- Making sure that work is performed in an efficient and safe manner
- Being involved in continuous improvement initiatives
- Adhering to all Safety Procedures and Company Policies
- Keeping all registers up to date at all times
- Ensuring Machinery/Equipment is kept up to OEM Specifications and Compliant to Site or Company standards.

**Experience required**:

- Multiple years of maintenance experience in the mining industry
- Good Problem solving skills
- Good Computer Literacy
- Excellent Diagnostic skills
- Leadership qualities and strong communication skills
- Significant Fleet knowledge
- Relevant Trade Certificates
- S123 and G2 (desirable)
