The Controlling department is part of the Global Services Division at Bosch and provides financial and accounting information to local management and regional business units to support strategic decision making. The department also acts as business partner to the divisions to ensure long term growth and sustainability across the organisation.

**Job Description**:
We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as a Divisional Controller. This role is an ongoing full-time position and will be based at our Headquarters in Clayton.

Key accountabilities include:

- Coordination of the Power Tools (PT) division and Powertrain solution (PS) financial reporting requirements in line with internal and external regulations/procedures (includes cooperation with Hub India)
- Monitor and Support PT and PS divisions as a business partner in all aspects of operational & strategic management to achieve targets
- Key User CO Result Controlling

Position responsibilities will include:

- Providing accurate, relevant and timely monthly financial data and Management/Board reports.
- Providing insightful commentary that links financial performance of key business drivers and strategies
- Developing and coordinating the financial planning process for the divisions including Business plan and forecasts
- Evaluating the profitability of business opportunities, customers and sales channels in co-operation with Sales President / Division or divisional finance business partner
- Costing of products
- Coordinating and documenting transfer prices related topics in line with internal & external legal requirements
- Preparing Robert Bosch New Zealand commission report, raise journals and invoices accordingly
- Coordinating Internal Dealing schedule for Robert Bosch Australia

**Qualifications**:
We are looking for a conscientious professional with the ability to work across multiple business units, coordinate various team members, manage diverse topics and priorities, establish effective relationships across all levels of an organisation.

To be considered for this position you are required to meet the following criteria:

- Degree in Accounting/Business; CPA Qualification
- Significant business / commercial experience (minimum 5 years)
- Effective task and time management skills
- Strong inter-personal and communication skills including presentations to local board
- Advanced skill level Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- SAP FI/CO module (COPA, ECPCA)
- CPA/CA preferred
- HFM / Power BI experiences preferred
- Availability for after-hours telecons/meetings as required and within reasonable expectations
