**Accounting Firm seeking Junior Office Assistant (Bacchus Marsh, VIC)**

This entry-level role is an exciting opportunity for a motivated person to start their career in the financial services industry. This accounting firm in Melbourne’s outer west is seeking a Junior Office Assistant who has a desire to work their way up in the business. The firm’s approach as a business is to provide innovative and proactive advice to clients and act as their Trusted Advisor.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Assist with the day-to-day running of the office including but not limited to:

- Answering phones
- Scanning & filing of electronic records
- Client documentation preparation
- Bank & Post Office visits
- Office supply purchasing
- Office event organising
- Archiving
- Other supervised administrative tasks

**Skills Required**:

- Some knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Outlook, Teams & Excel)
- Ability to work cohesively within a team and autonomously at times
- Good organisational and communication skills
- A positive can-do attitude
- Be able to complete tasks to a high standard with great attention to detail
- Must have Australian Drivers Licence & own vehicle

Salary as per the Clerks-Private Sector Award Rates.

**Salary**: $33,500.00 - $37,900.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bacchus Marsh, VIC 3340: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
