The Handyperson is a critical role in the maintenance of our stores and HQ Performing repairs and upkeep on property structures and facility equipment, the Handyperson travels all over Australia, supporting our retail locations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing maintenance and upkeep to Lorna Jane’s 100+ stores across Australia and HQ
- Reporting to the Maintenance Manager any areas of concern
- Proactively assessing the wear and tear of equipment and furnishings in common areas and completing repairs
- Performing minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as necessary
- Sourcing and delivering building materials, tools, and other items as required

**Profile**:
You will have previous professional experience in general maintenance/handyperson roles and the ability to travel intestate, and with a valid driver’s license. You will have knowledge of and commitment to the Workplace Health & Safety Act and relevant fire safety regulations.
A trade qualification would be highly regarded as well as a forklift license.
You will be highly capable with operation hand tools and machinery safely, and proficient in time management and prioritisation.
You will have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working in a predominantly female environment, with a professional and respectful manner. You have a customer service mindset, and pride yourself on your initiative and helpful attitude. You are a natural problem solver, and able to work without supervision. You embrace change and are open to training and skills development.
