Rosebery, Australia Sprint People Full time

Work on projects directly relating to business growth
- Become part of an innovative, growing ecommerce business
- Run your own day - $85k-$90k + super | Rosebery Office

Calling all Project Assistants across Sydney - are you looking for your next opportunity that will allow you to support one of the fastest-growing ecommerce businesses in Australia? Do you thrive with variety, continually think outside the box and feel allergic to red tape? Perhaps you’re currently an Executive or Team Assistant with an affinity for project-based work and are ready to roll up your sleeves to dive straight into an interesting array of business initiatives.

Based in Rosebery, this creative and high-performing business is making its mark within the fast-paced world of designer renovations. With a surge of projects continuously pumping through, they need a resourceful and ambitious Project Assistant to drive outcomes and provide exceptional support to the Chief of Staff.

If you're someone who feels stifled by a job description and flourishes when given the reins to ensure all the wheels turn smoothly, then this could be the role for you. You see the vision and make it happen.

With an agile style of working, you never sit back and wait to be spoon-fed tasks. The team require you to lend a hand to anything across a broad scope of business-related projects, and that will be your natural way of working. From auditing the customer journey to handling confidential administration, through to organising events and backing up the COS as they support the executives, you embrace whatever comes your way and can operate independently to provide creative solutions.

Believe us when we say no two days will be the same. Variety is the spice of life in this close-knit team, but when there are many moving plates to juggle it takes resilience and strength of character to keep things on track, all without becoming flustered. It's essential that you can break goals down into bite-sized chunks and hold yourself accountable during the process.

**The day to day**
- **Project work** - working across a varying range of projects to support business growth. Creating project plans, SOPs, systems, processes - whatever is needed to bring these projects to fruition.
- **Right hand to Chief of Staff** - supporting with administration tasks relating to the projects and taking direction from the COS to support the Senior Leadership Team. You’ll be across confidential company information and understand that discretion is critical.
- **HR Administration** - drafting contracts, creating onboarding documentation and assisting with new starters.
- **Tech savvy** - always looking for ways to enhance business processes with tech and software. You’ll be confident to research new tech systems to support business efficiencies
- **Office Management - **being the go-to person for all back office systems and procedures, including the ordering of stock, stationary and all consumables. Liaising with building management regarding minor repairs and ensuring everyone has what they need in to deliver outstanding results.
- **Event organisation** - working on the full spectrum of event management, both internally and externally. Building relationships with suppliers and the wider community to leverage opportunities. Rolling out new event ideas from inception through to execution.

The role will be fluid and your job description won’t be set in black and white. You are a commercially minded individual who understands that in smaller businesses you take on all tasks, no matter how big or how small, to ensure the business runs successfully - you’re just as happy to be heads down in a spreadsheet inputting essential data as you are to be researching an exciting new system which will save the business money over the long term.

This is a fantastic position for someone who is looking to make their mark within a team, and not just be another number. You have a sense of purpose coupled with the ambition to always push ahead of the crowd. You set high standards for yourself, and your work, are goal-driven and see tasks through to completion. Coupled with this your naturally warm, and effervescent style enables you to build relationships quickly and have a laugh along the way.

Previous experience with project work is essential in order for you to add value from day one. Whilst there will be support from an incredible team, those who can run independently develop best in this environment.

If this role sounds like it has your name all over it, click APPLY today as we can guarantee you it won’t be around for long.
