**The Role**
Reporting to the Director, you will use your excellent financial administration skills, strong knowledge of Xero and accounts receivable process along with your exceptional stakeholder management skills, to ensure all customer contracts are invoiced accurately and followed up efficiently. You will use your careful attention to detail along with your financial systems administration experience to build and develop clear accounts receivable and contracts management processes, maximizing business cash flow, whilst maintaining excellent relationships with all customer account contacts.

As a key customer contact for the business, your in-depth knowledge of product pricing, individual account contracts and previous experience in the development of financial administration processes and systems will set you up for success in this dynamic and exciting opportunity. Working independently, and alongside an experienced team you will contribute to a friendly, dedicated work environment, and in return, receive genuine opportunity to grow your career, supported by an employer committed to family friendly work practices.

**Duties**
- Develop, manage and maintain in-depth knowledge of all products and services, and undertake the associated, accurate and timely invoicing and accounts receivable processes
- Build and maintain pricing codes into Xero system in alignment with individual accounts contracts
- Provide exceptional customer account experience through professional and courteous interactions, detailed product and service knowledge and timely accounts receivable processes
- Accurately complete, manage and maintain financial administration documentation and systems

**Skills & Experience**
- Xero systems administration with experience building pricing codes in alignment with individual account contracts **(essential)**:

- Demonstrated ability to undertake all financial administration processes in relation to Accounts Receivable **(essential)**:

- High-level diplomacy, and tact with the ability to ensure effective customer account relationships are maintained at all times and business cash flow maximized **(essential)**:

- Experience in Transport and Logistics or a similar or role and industry **(essential)**
