We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and energetic individual of Australian Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander heritage who can conduct quality teaching and research primarily in an area of Environmental, Marine and Life Sciences.
The Faculty of Science, Medicine and Health (SMAH) is positioned to be a major force in connected and science-embedded education and translational science, medical and health research in Australia. Sitting within SMAH, the School of Earth, Atmospheric and Life Sciences (SEALS) has a global research presence facilitated by its Research Centres: Centre for Archaeological Sciences (CAS), Centre for Atmospheric Chemistry (CAC), GeoQuest, the Centre for Sustainable Ecosystem Solutions; as well as the ARC Centre of Excellence for Australian Biodiversity and Heritage (CABAH), the Bushfire and Natural Hazards Co-operative Research Centre and the ARC Special Research Initiative (SRI) Securing Antarctica’s Environmental Future.
