**About the Growth & Transformation Manager - NDIS**

As the _Growth & Transformation Manager - NDIS_, you'll lead the implementation of the NDIS Growth and Viability plan to grow our NDIS suite of services. Drawing on your experience in the NDIS and Disability sector you'll provide specialist advice to senior leaders, operational managers, business partners and NDIS stakeholders to achieve our vision and continously improve our service model.

Reporting to the _Director, Community Partnerships,_ this is a fixed term negotiable (up to full-time) position until June 2024.

**_ Your passion and commitment will see you:_**
- Lead and implement the NDIS Growth and Viability Plan.
- Work collaboratively with operational managers and internal business partners/corporate services to ensure growth can be achieved.
- Provide specialist advice to program areas, especially Allied Health and Social Support Services, as well as the executive team and the board.
- Engage and consult with NDIS participants, clinicians and staff to continuously improve our service model.
- Support the Transformation Project manager and IT to embed Consumer Directed Care (CDC) models of care.

**_To succeed in this role you will have:_**
- Qualification/s in Business Improvement, Transformational Change, Policy and Strategy, Health, Disability Aged Care, Management, or similar.
- Post Graduate Qualifications in Management (highly desirable).
- Experience and strong interst in the NDIS Disability Sector.
- A Collaborative leadership style and strong stakeholder engagement / Negotiation skills.
- Change management experience, preferably within the disability community services sector.

- A Victorian Working with Children Check (employee).
- A Satisfactory Police Check (paid by YourCH).
- Proof of COVID-19 Immunisations (2 Initial doses and at least 1 Booster).
- NDIS Work Screening Clearance.
