We at CVGT Australia are currently seeking to recruit a Full Time Business Trainee based in Bendigo. The Traineeship will occur for a minimum of 12 months with the potential to continue employment upon completion. Throughout the Traineeship you will be working in an accounting firm where you will receive on the job training whilst study/and or complete a nationally recognised qualification.

Role Purpose

The role of an Administration Trainee at or host employer is to provide reception and administrative support functions to the business, offering excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

In turn will support the Trainee in their studies toward a Certificate III in Business Administration.

Administration Trainees at are expected to demonstrate an understanding of the Host Employer values and display leadership behaviours while developing and maintaining trusted internal relationships.

- Supporting with the processing of ATO mail according to Host procedures.
- Supporting with the Lodgement of tax returns and activity statements.
- Scan and file according to Host procedures.
- Supporting with the Maintenance of MYOBAE database.
- To support with producing day to day client correspondence to the highest level.
- Various reporting from lists provided through MYOBAE and the ATO.
- Supporting with the management and oversight of correct recording, filing, retrieving and destruction of all archive files.
- Managing supplies of Host branded letterhead, envelopes etc. and ordering direct with supplier when required.
- Maintaining office stationery supplies and ordering direct with supplier when required.
- Covering for reception for the receptionist’s breaks during the day and when on leave, including answering phones, processing of outgoing mail, processing of payments and issuing receipts and processing banking.

**General**
- Assist all clients in a professional manner without exceeding your qualification, and knowing who to redirect the client to where necessary.
- Demonstrate a high level of professional communication both verbal and written in all communications.
- Prioritise work and accountabilities to ensure all work is performed in an acceptable and timely manner.
- Punctual arrival at work and willingness to work additional time as necessary to complete jobs from time to time.
- To instil a continuous improvement mindset in self and team, recognising that this is a significant business differentiator.
- Any other responsibilities in line with the level of the position as assigned by their reporting leader or Host Employer.
