Warranty Clerk

Our client is a long established and prominent dealership network in Victoria. They are seeking a nexperienced Warranty Clerk to join their team in Footscray.

This full-time position is suited to individuals with previous dealership** **warranty claims experience who are seeking to work in a busy environment..

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Determining validity of warranty claims
- Processing and submitting warranty claims and repair orders
- Liaising with manufacturers on vehicle warranty, parts warranty, and policy claim entitlements
- Reconciliation of warranty ledgers
- Maintain storage, forwarding and disposal of replaced warranty vehicle parts
- Ensuring warranty claims completed in accordance with manufacturer and dealership warranty policies and guidelines
- Facilitating all warranty related issues including working with vendors and manufacturers to receive replacement vehicle parts
- Effectively liaising with our workshop staff to ensure we provide the best service to our customers
- Previous warranty claims management experience
- An understanding of automotive parts and cars
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience using Pentana/ERA highly desirable
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow processes
- Effective conflict resolution skills
- Sound organisational skills
- A focus on providing excellent customer service
