About the role
The Program Support Officer will work as part of a small dynamic team to support delivery of a range of infrastructure projects. This role will be responsible for providing efficient and effective administration support to the Major Capital team and Program Director to enable project initiatives to be delivered on time and on budget.
About you
- Knowledge of contemporary project management methodologies.
- High level communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills and ability to build and sustain positive relationships with team members and liaise effectively with a diverse range of groups and stakeholders.
- Proven capacity to work both autonomously and as a member of a team, ability to cope in a high-volume environment, consistently meet deadlines and adapt to change using initiative, organisation and planning, time management and problem-solving skills.
- High level written communication skills including ability to provide Secretariat functions as required.
- Advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Project to prepare reports, presentations and Gantt Charts, collate data and analyse information.

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16
