**Engraving Production Assistant**

**Overview**

The Production Assistant is responsible (along with the rest of the production team) for successful operational implementation across our customer journey. Simply put, you’ll be responsible for engraving our sentimental jewellery, and turning our customers' personalisation into a reality. We are a small team of 5 who are like family, so we are looking for someone of a similar mindset to join our growing family.
- No previous experience or formal qualifications are required as full training is provided on our processes and engraving software and equipment._

You are creative minded whilst also being a diligent, multitasker, and process loving doer. You have a great eye for detail who appreciates beauty created from attention to detail. You are someone who is confident and comfortable to lead their individual output, whilst working in a close knit team to deliver a shared goal. You enjoy working in a small business environment, and you have great passion for the company you’re a part of. You are a happy go lucky person, who enjoys the team mentally; but you equally know how to get down to business.

**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Ownership of the personalisation & engraving of Deja Marc Jewellery (full training provided)
- Processing returning fingerprint kits
- Delivering exceptional customer service across the customer four step process.
- Internal quality control across our end to end process, jewellery production and final dispatch
- Assisting our Founder & Marketing team lead on projects and events such as Pop Up Stores.
- Sales days at major trade shows and markets
- Have fun

Located in a shared ecommerce hub amongst leading retail brands such as Showpo & Mansion de Sabre. Networking opportunities and monthly socials between all companies.

- Please note: The role is casual and shifts typically operate between 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday. These hours can change in accordance to the needs of the business. Shift availability will vary for this role & all casual team members must be available to work at least 2 days a week (Monday to Friday) *Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident or a New Zealand citizen, or hold a valid visa with permission to work._
