**Job description**:

ROUSSOS has partnered with a local Government organisation to source multiple roles for Programme Managers to have significant involvement in the pipeline of upcoming civil works. We are looking for inspiring leaders who want to be an important part of a connected community and deliver positive outcomes.

These are key leadership roles that will see individuals with the relevant experience contribute to overall strategies, priorities, work standards and allocation of resources for the delivery of transport infrastructure projects and provides professional leadership, supervision and mentoring of staff.

**The role**
Reporting to the Executive Director, this position is responsible for managing the scope, development, planning and implementation of transport infrastructure projects to meet client outcomes to cost, time and quality control. The Programme Manager will also assist with the management of contracts for transport infrastructure projects, including overseeing the preparation of service agreements and contract documents for technical project specific requirements and the evaluation of tenders.

In addition, you will have the following:

- A degree in Civil Engineering or other relevant discipline
- A current Driver’s Licence essential
- Project management experience working in road infrastructure or related field of a similar magnitude and complexity
- Strong leadership and commitment to safety and wellbeing of self and others

Some out of hours and weekend work, along with some intra/interstate travel may be required.
