We are a small engineering consultancy located in the heart of Parramatta on Church St. We are currently hiring for a full-time Office Assistant/Receptionist to help out with day to day clerical work and account keeping.

**Roles and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to**
- Answering phone calls from clients and handling their inquiries
- Making and sending out invoices to clients + chasing them up
- Welcoming clients into the office
- Conducting bank reconciliations
- Data entry + accounts payable and receivable
- Assisting with ad-hoc duties as required
- General office duties

**What we are looking for**:

- Good organizational skills
- A confident and jovial approach with the ability to make conversations with our clients
- The ability to speak fluently on the phone (English fluency required)
- A can-do attitude
- General front desk/reception/administration skills
- Experience with MYOB and Microsoft Office (MYOB required).
