**Skills & Experience**
- Previous Supermarket Management experience desired
- Proven retail Management experience
- The ability to train and develop staff
- Full P&L and KPI accountability
- Control department costs such as wastage, wages, and other operational costs
- Understanding of local market and seasonal trends
- Food safety standards
