Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Workshop Foreman to join their busy team.

To be considered for this role you must have previous dealership experience in a Workshop Foreman role. This role is non-productive however, you must hold your qualifications as an Automotive Technician and have strong diagnostic abilities. You must have the ability to prioritize work and organize the workshop.

**Key duties**:

- Ensure that productivity and efficiency targets are met
- Ensure the workshop is clean and that OH&S procedures are carried out
- Ensure repair orders are being completed correctly
- Conducting test drives and conducting final assessments
- Remain up to date with product ranges and repairs
- Diagnostic abilities are essential
- Provide technical advice to staff and customers
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude to motivate your team

You must hold a current manual driver’s licence and have full Australian working rights to be considered for this position.
