**Job description**:
**The Opportunity**

On behalf of a large Federal Government Agency in Geelong, we are looking for multiple Change Implementation Managers to join the Delivery and Change Office and help this agency to deliver key transformation projects.

This is a 12 month assignment paying $600 per day.

**Responsibilities include;**
- Gather and develop structured insights and recommendations for change design and implementation projects
- Develop, implement and evaluate project and change management requirements in line with frameworks
- Create materials for senior internal and external stakeholders including Minister, Board and Executive Leadership Team
- Present recommendations and facilitate discussions with a range of stakeholders
- Identify, assess and report change risks and issues
- Develop action plans and ensure stakeholder alignment to enable successful implementation
- Lead, track and evaluate change management activities
- Influence and advise project sponsors on how to effectively manage and implement change

**To be considered for this role you will demonstrate;**
- Experience in transformation, design, change management and project management
- Change and/or project management qualifications
- Success delivering change projects against plans and delivering results within agreed timeframes
- Experience working in complex cross-functional teams
- Success in building momentum for and delivery of change activity
- Strong emotional intelligence and experience working with stakeholders at all levels including senior leadership
- Hands on change practitioner
- It is desirable that applicants will have exposure to or experience of living with disability
