**Position Overview**: Are you passionate about training and supporting the next generation of healthcare professionals? Do you have expertise in **aged care/disability** and a desire to help students develop essential skills for a rewarding career in healthcare? We are seeking an experienced **Trainer/Assessor** to deliver the **CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing and Disability)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and comprehensive training in the **CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support ** in line with the current training package and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate both theoretical and practical learning across key nursing support areas, including patient care, monitoring vital signs, assisting with mobility, and infection control procedures.
- Design and review training materials, assessments, and resources to ensure quality and compliance with the latest industry standards.
- Provide one-on-one support and feedback to students to help them achieve their learning goals.
- Conduct practical assessments and workplace assessments, ensuring that students demonstrate competency in a variety of healthcare settings.
- Stay current with industry trends, nursing support techniques, and healthcare regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date records of student progress and outcomes in line with RTO and regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (Current) - Or willing to obtain
- Cert III Individual Support or equivalent
- Cert IV Ageing or Disability - desirable
- Familiarity with the compliance requirement of an RTO.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
