**Responsibilities**
- Relevant NOV and branch systems are understood and followed effectively
- Participation in the development and implementation of new policies & procedures is positive & supportive
- Hire and contract documentation is maintained accurately
- Areas for improvement in relevant NOV and branch systems are identified and raised with management as appropriate
- Situations that breach NOV policies and procedures are identified and reported to relevant management
- Inspire or similar software is maintained, all support and reporting requirements are coordinated
- Rechargeable invoices are coded and provided to accounts payable in timely manner
- Hire and project transport and labour are organised as per requirements
- Stock is transferred between branches as required
- Stock reports are collated and checked for accuracy
- Hire reports are prepared weekly in a timely manner
- Revenue (consolidated, Branch & Rep)
- Company values are adopted and embraced
- Assist accounts as required
- Assist in travel requirements for PP and SC personnel.
- Assist in logistics for PP and SC
- Rechargeable costs are recharged to customers at an appropriate rate
- All month end accounts and off-hires for all branches are invoiced accurately and in a timely manner
- Credit notes are raised accurately an in a timely manner
**Key Performance Indicators**
- Positive feedback is received from NOV colleagues
- Assistance and support in areas of knowledge and expertise is provided willingly to colleagues
- Attend and participate in team meetings
- Attend and participate in informal and formal performance reviews
- Action information requested by colleagues; and/or general clerical support is delivered within the timeframe agreed upon
- Strong communication links are maintained with internal and external clients
- Effective relationships are developed at multiple levels with customers, suppliers, relevant regulatory authorities, and external stakeholders
- Feedback received from suppliers, relevant regulatory authorities and external stakeholders
- Incoming calls are answered professionally and within three rings, then transferred to the appropriate extension
- Visitors and guests are greeted courteously, directed appropriately, and internal staff members notified promptly of their arrival
