**Describe the client**:
Our client is the company behind iconic brands like SEA LIFE, Madame Tussauds, LEGOLAND, and Peppa Pig World of Play. They operate in over 140 attractions across 25 countries, delivering memorable experiences to 54 million+ visitors a year.

**Position Description**:

- Responsible for the delivery of friendly and attentive service to the guests of Illawarra Fly
- Deliver a safe and memorable experience.
- Follow safety procedures.
- Connect with Guest.
- Fit harnesses and navigate guest through zipline.
- Meet all KPIS.
