The RTO Administrator will deliver proficient and effective training related administrative support services to the Training Services Department.

The role will be performed in a way that adheres to WISE organisational standards, relevant legislation and all funding body requirements.

**You will**:

- Collect, record and maintain all required data in line with Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) and the Victorian Registration and Qualification Authority (VRQA) requirements
- Manage the data entry and maintenance of the VETtrak system
- Provide general administration services including responding to telephone enquiries, data entry, file maintenance, general correspondence, enrolments, accounts, intranet and website updates, surveys, archiving and other relevant tasks
- AVETMISS reporting as required
- Preparation of certificates and statements of attainments
- Manage stock take of marketing and training material, deliver and replenish stock for WISE sites

**What will you bring to the role?**

- High degree of initiative and flexibility
- High level of proficiency with MS Office, in particular Excel and Word

**Desirable Criteria**
- Certificate III in Business Administration or similar qualification
- Experience in providing administrative services in an RTO or training environment
- Understanding of AQTF/VRQA compliance requirements
- Previous experience in VETtrak and AVETMISS compliance software
- Previous experience working in a quality / compliance environment
