With more than 5,100 employees worldwide, we partner with our customers to deliver highly automated logistic systems. From planning to realisation and ongoing maintenance and operation, we do it all**

Based at our second Australian site in Kemps Creek (Western Sydney), this role will see you join our team of Equipment Operators and Electro-Mechanical Technicians within our brand-new (and fully air-conditioned) automated distribution centre. Our Operators will be employed on a permanent, full-time basis starting late 2023 until early 2024. The role will work on a rotating roster, covering day and afternoon shifts, seven days a week.

**Your new role**:
Working as part of a cross functional team at our state-of-the-art, brand new automated facility, you’ll primarily support daily operations by resolving system faults of both technical and operational nature to maximise system performance. On any given day this may include:

- Monitoring, operation, fault correction, and housekeeping of automated material handling equipment in a fast-paced production environment
- Clear machine faults efficiently using logic, which may involve working at heights of up to 30 metres wearing appropriate PPE
- Literacy, numeracy, and IT proficiency to read, understand, interpret, and maintain data and fault information within the system with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain a high standard of housekeeping and hygiene
- Partner with, and support, the maintenance team to ensure that the machines remain in excellent condition and notify them of any anomalies
- Complying with all safety guidelines and protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff

**About you**:

- Demonstrated commitment to safety, attention to detail and ability to problem solve
- A genuine interest in automation and technology, with the aptitude to learn new concepts and procedures
- Strong communication, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Must be willing and **able to work rotating shift work** (including days, afternoons, weekends, and public holidays) - this roster will commence approximately May 2024
- **Meet the physical fitness requirements** including: Frequent walking, climbing, squatting, kneeling, and standing for long periods of time

Lifting, pulling and pushing up to 25kgs unassisted. Comfortable working at heights of up to 30 metres (appropriate training and wearing fall-arrest gear and other PPE will be supplied by us)
- Ability to accurately identify colours including red, blue, white, yellow, and green
