- Manage, motivate and lead the Community Engagement, Children and Youth and Home Library specialist teams.
- Work closely with the Library Experience and Library Innovations teams to deliver quality services, programs and resources to the community.
- Be a positive brand ambassador for the Library and Sutherland Shire Council - you will showcase Council’s values in all that you do.

- Support the processes of change management to ensure that the library evolves to remain relevant by providing resources and services that focus on changing community needs.
- Take a leading role in contributing to the library’s future development.
- Implement new strategies and develop policies and procedures that focus on the enhancement and improvement of the library.

- **Interview date**:Interviews will be facilitated week commencing 31st July 2023
- **Package**:$109,976 - $114,722 gross p.a. plus superannuation
- **Hours of work**: Permanent Full-Time, 35 hours per week, 19 day month.
