**About the Role**:
As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role within the organisation and will be responsible for:

- Develop and deploy people strategies and plans.
- Partner with leaders and provide advice on a wide range of often complex ER matters.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Support transformation, restructuring or cultural change projects.
- Provide advice and support on Enterprise Agreements, Awards and Policy interpretation.

**About You**:
To be successful in this role you will bring:
- Previous experience as a HR Advisor or HRBP in a blue collar environment.
- Strong understanding of employment laws.
- Excellent communication skills both written & verbal.
- Strong Influencing and Stakeholder Management Skills are essential, along with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
