**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a wide range of kebab dishes, including lamb, chicken, beef, and vegetarian options.
- Ensure all food is cooked to the highest standards and served in a timely manner.
- Marinate meats according to traditional recipes to enhance flavor.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, including grills and rotisseries.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong knowledge of kebab preparation techniques and traditional recipes. ( Preferable)
- Ability to work under pressure and in a high-temperature environment.
- Excellent shaving skills and proficiency in grilling.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for culinary arts.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
