**Responsibilities**:

- **Academic Tutoring**:

- Help students with homework, assignments, exam preparation, and overall academic improvement.
- **Subject Mastery**:

- **Study Skills Development**:

- Assist students in developing effective study habits, time management, and organizational skills.
- Offer guidance on note-taking techniques, research methods, and critical thinking.
- **Personalized Learning Plans**:

- Create personalized learning plans for each student based on their academic needs and goals.
- Regularly assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- **Effective Communication**:

- Maintain open and clear communication with students, parents, and Notebook Tuition management regarding progress, concerns, and achievements.
- **Driving**:

- Possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation to travel to students' homes or meet at agreed-upon locations for tutoring sessions.

**Qualifications**:

- **Teaching/Tutoring Experience**:

- Previous tutoring or teaching experience is preferred.
- **Subject Expertise**:

- **Communication Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively convey concepts to students and build positive relationships.
- **Driving Skills**:

- Possession of a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
- **Flexibility**:

- Ability to adapt to different learning styles and schedules.

**Job Types**: Subcontract, Casual

**Salary**: $14.00 - $52.61 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 3 per week

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- Driver Licence (required)
